ALEKSANDRA EVTIMOVA / RE’A GRADUATE

“the best investment I have made in myself.”

Aleksandra began with a strong fitness background and soon discovered how much there was to learn. Individual sessions deepened her understanding of movement and muscle use. Teaching as a trainee helped her develop clearer explanations, hold a group’s attention and build useful, engaging classes.

She describes the 250+ hours as a significant commitment that was worthwhile for becoming a confident, qualified instructor.

Depending on availability and individual arrangements, trainees may access observation, self-practice, internships and teaching opportunities. Some may be paid; others focus on gaining practical experience. Placement and payment are not guaranteed.

Studio access is arranged separately. Re’a Wellness Studio hosts the programme; the certification is issued by Myoungji Kang, founder and owner of the Re’a trademark, following completed modules, hours and assessment.

Clara Kang

YOUR FOUNDER & MENTOR

Clara Kang.
Care, as a discipline.

Creator of the Re’a Method. Classically trained in Pilates and an honours graduate of EHL, École hôtelière de Lausanne. Her experience as an athlete and her own recovery following ACL and meniscus surgery inform a teaching approach centred on the individual.

Through Re’a Academy, that approach becomes a shared standard: understand movement, observe carefully and teach with intention.

Clara’s background

THE DETAILS THAT MATTER

Before you
begin.

Do I need previous Pilates or teaching experience?

No teaching experience is required for Level 1. Beginners can apply, and experienced practitioners also join. In a cohort of up to four, learning can be adapted to individual experience.

How long does Level 1 take?

Usually 2–6 months, depending on your schedule and progress. Five intensive modules are followed by practice, observation and supervised teaching before assessment. Progress matters more than a fixed deadline.

Can I train while working full time?

The intensive modules take place on agreed days, while practice, observation and teaching hours are organised more flexibly. Discuss your schedule with Clara before joining.

How much does the training cost?

Ask Clara for current tuition, the next cohort’s dates and what is included. These vary by programme and arrangement; no unconfirmed price is displayed here.

Are payment arrangements available?

Individual payment arrangements can be discussed directly. There is no fixed instalment scheme published; the team considers requests personally.

What if I do not plan to teach professionally?

Deepening your own practice is a valid reason to join. The programme offers structured movement knowledge and teaching skills; how you use them is your choice.

Where do training and assessment happen?

The main base is Varna, with training through partner studios in Sofia and Burgas. On-site assessment is recommended. Online assessment can be discussed if you have access to suitable equipment.

What makes the certification different?

Cohorts of no more than four, direct feedback, a structured Re’a Method, substantial practical teaching and a final assessment. Completion requires more than attendance.

What happens after I apply?

Clara responds personally within a few days to discuss your experience, goals and the next cohort. Applying is free and does not commit you to enrol.

Who issues the certificate?

Myoungji Kang issues the Re’a Certified Pilates Instructor certificate after completed modules, practice hours and final assessment. Re’a Wellness Studio is a host studio; studio access is arranged separately.
