


If you would like to organize a group lesson at a time that is not included in the schedule, please contact the trainer you would like to train with to arrange a convenient time. For group lessons on the reformer, tower, and chair, a minimum of 2 participants is required, and for the mat, at least 3. Contact details are listed below.
