At Re'a Pilates we strive to provide our clients with exceptional service and flexibility. However, to ensure fairness and smooth scheduling, we have established the following refund policy:

Session cancellation and refund policy
100% Refund: If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

50% Refund: For cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the session, you will receive a 50% refund.

No Refunds: For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session, you will not be entitled to a refund.


Refund Policy for Memberships and Packages
Monthly Membership: No refunds will be given for any partially used membership periods. Customers may cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

Package Classes: Refunds for unused package classes are possible within 7 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used.

Personalized Meal Plans and Recipe Books: Due to the personalized nature of these offers, all sales are final and non-refundable.


Rescheduling policy
Clients may reschedule their session at least 12 hours in advance without any penalties. Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours prior to the session will be considered a late cancellation and will not be subject to rescheduling or refund.
