🏛 Two traditions, one certification
"We don't train instructors to be impressive.
We train them to be trusted."
The Re'a Teaching Philosophy
What you will study
Two traditions. One complete practice.
I. The Classical Method
The authentic lineage
You will learn the classical Mat and Reformer sequences exactly as Joseph Pilates created them — the original order, the original intent, the original breath.
A well-prepared instructor must know where Pilates comes from before teaching where it is going.
This is the foundation. Without it, contemporary work has no roots.
II. The RE'A Method
Our signature approach
Built on the classical foundation, the Re'a Method is a structured 6-part framework with intentional sequencing and a teaching style that leaves clients refreshed, not depleted.
Endurance, mobility, strength, and balance — integrated into every class, because you shouldn't have to choose between them.
This is exactly what makes a Re'a instructor recognisable in any room.
The RE'A Method
One class. Complete practice.
Re'a refuses to fragment what should be whole.
Every class moves through three pillars.
_
BURN
Controlled intensity through precision
Strength is built through sustained, intelligent effort — not speed or impact. The work challenges focus as much as it challenges muscle.
_
CORE
The center of all movement
The core is not just abdominal work — it is posture, breath, and spinal awareness working together. Every Re'a class returns to this central point.
_
RESTORE
Active integration
Recovery is not separate from training — it is part of the method. Every class ends with mindful restoration through mobility, breath, and slow release.
"Intense, yet restorative.
Refreshed, not exhausted."

You want a method you can trust — not a weekend certificate
_
You care about teaching with skill, presence, and care
_
You want mentorship and real studio hours, not just theory
_
You're building a career — or deepening a practice you love
_
You want a community that stays with you after graduation
It's probably not for you if…
_
You're looking for the fastest, cheapest piece of paper
_
You want to shine in front of the room instead of serving the person in it
_
You're not ready to commit to consistent practice hours
_
You'd rather skip the classical roots and chase trends

A note from the founder
Movement, taught well, is one of the most generous gifts one person can offer another.
Re'a is a Pilates studio and academy built around that quiet conviction. We are not a studio that happens to have a community — we are a community that happens to teach Pilates.
Our students come to Re'a because they want more than a certificate. They want a method they can trust, a community that grows with them, and a teaching identity that feels like their own. That is exactly what this program was created to give you.
— Clara, founder of Re'a

Burgas

As the Re’a Method continues to grow in Bulgaria, more and more studios are placing their trust in our educational system and opening their doors to Re’a trainees and future instructors.
We believe that strong Pilates instructors are developed through real-world practical experience—not just through theory. That is precisely why our certification program includes integration into a real studio environment through partner studios and mentorship opportunities.
Depending on studio availability and individual arrangements, trainees may have the opportunity to participate in observation, self-practice, internships, and teaching sessions within our growing network of partner studios. Some of these opportunities may be paid, while others are primarily aimed at gaining valuable practical experience and confidence before final certification.
To earn the Re’a Certified Instructor designation, all trainees must complete a minimum of 100 teaching hours, ensuring that every instructor graduates from the program with real hands-on experience, professional training, and confidence in working with clients.
At Re’a, our goal is not simply to certify instructors, but to build the next generation of high-quality Pilates instructors in Bulgaria.
