Week 1 — The 7 Acts of Kindness

Hello, beautiful Re’a community

Our Be Kind Challenge has officially begun!I’m so proud and grateful to see so many of you from Sofia and across Europe joining us on this journey of movement, mindfulness, and kindness.

This first week is all about small gestures that make a big impact — both in your life and in the lives of others. We’re calling it: The 7 Acts of Kindness.

Why We Begin with Kindness

At Re’a, we believe that true strength goes hand in hand with compassion. We train our bodies through Pilates, but we shape our hearts through kindness.

The goal this week is simple — to take one small action every day that spreads positivity, connection, and gratitude. Whether it’s a word, a smile, or a thoughtful message, every act matters.

The 7 Acts of Kindness

Here are your seven daily prompts for Week 1. Feel free to complete them in any order, or follow along with us day by day!

Day 1 — Say Thank You with Intention

Express genuine gratitude to someone you might take for granted.

Example: “Thank you for always listening when I need it most.”

Day 2 — Give a Genuine Compliment

Tell someone something kind about who they are, not just what they do. “You have such a calming energy.”

Day 3 — Help Without Being Asked

Do something thoughtful — carry a bag, let someone go first, or listen with patience.

Day 4 — Disconnect to Reconnect

Spend one hour offline. Use that time to stretch, breathe, or simply be still.

Day 5 — Write a Note

Leave a handwritten message or send a kind text to brighten someone’s day.

Day 6 — Share Your Energy

Smile, greet a stranger, or share positive energy wherever you go.

Day 7 — Reflect

At the end of the week, write down one moment that changed how you felt — giving or receiving kindness.

How to Participate

  1. Each day, complete the daily act of kindness.

  2. Comment “Done ✅” on this blog post (or under our Instagram post) and share:

    • Who you did it for

    • How it made you feel

  3. Add the hashtag #BeKindRea to your Instagram story or post so we can see and share your moments!

Every comment = 1 entry in our Kindness Jar Giveaway 🎁We’ll announce winners every week and send special prizes to participants across Europe.

Remember

This challenge isn’t about doing something big. It’s about doing something real. Each small act creates a ripple of light — one that spreads through our community and beyond.

Together, we’re proving that strength is more than physical. It’s emotional, intentional, and deeply kind.

Let’s begin this week with open hearts and mindful movement.✨ Strong bodies, kind hearts — always.

With love,

Clara

Yesterday, I bought dinner for a friend, and we shared such positive energy — we talked about everything and anything. Today marks day 7, and I realize that these small acts of kindness throughout the week keep me smiling through the reality of our days.
